What makes THE BOX so special?
Above all, THE BOX offers stable storage of all kinds of products. It also offers maximum modularity: The drawers with a width of up to 1200 mm and a depth of 240 mm can be individually configured for the storage of small to medium-sized parts with a drawer height of 40 mm or 100 mm.
Due to its small floor space of less than 2m2 THE BOX enables optimal use of space. In the vertical version DOUBLE V, the room height is optimally used. The un-/loading bay is at an ergonomic height, which makes it much more comfortable for the operator to use: there is no uncomfortable stretching or bending. The individually controllable drawer compartments are protected by flaps and thus only allow access to the requested item storage space. Due to the simple user interface, access is also only granted to users with sufficient authorisation. All item stocks are monitored and necessary actions are automatically activated if stock criteria can be set.

Each drawer can be divided into 12 compartments as standard, or even into 24 practical and ergonomic compartments for the S models. Only the desired article storage location is made available to the operator for a un-/loading operation by automatically opening the corresponding flaps.
As standard, 12 access flaps are available in the un-/loading bay with a width of 200 mm and depth of 120 mm. The height depends on the drawer of 40 mm or 100 mm.
On S models, 24 access flaps are available in the un-/loading bay with a width of 100 mm and depth of 120 mm. The height depends on the drawer of 40 mm or 100 mm.
Only a standard range of colors?
No - THE BOX is available in all RAL colors on request.
THE BOX is versatile: in addition to its modularity, THE BOX is optimally designed for handling with pallet trucks/forklifts thanks to its robust carrying structure.
A THE BOX SINGLE (master) can be converted/upgraded to a THE BOX DOUBLE H (master+slave) by adding another horizontal add-on module (slave).
A THE BOX SINGLE (master) can be converted/upgraded to a THE BOX DOUBLE V (master+slave) by adding another vertical add-on module (slave). Additionally, one THE BOX DOUBLE V can be extended horizontally by another THE BOX DOUBLE V.
Drawer heights of 40 mm or 100 mm can be selected. In addition, they can be individually divided for optimal adaptation to the respective article dimensions to be stored.
Drawer layouts can be customized at any time by adjusting the metal dividers and redesigning the compartments in the system using a simple graphical software tool. The standard un-/loading bay is divided into 12 compartments (200 mm x 120 mm).
Alternatively, you can choose the optional un-/loading bay with 24 compartments (100 mm x 120 mm), thus doubling the number of compartments.
THE BOX is equipped with a self-centering belt in a reinforced design. This contributes to a robust supporting structure.
